Your first letter to me!
Dear visitor! First of all, I would like to congratulate you for reading these lines on my site!
After looking at my references, you will reach a point where you will write me a letter asking for a quote from me! For which I should give you an exact calculation.
I do not want to hinder you in this, I would just like to ask you to include a couple of pieces of information, data, and dimensions in your letter!
Of course, the selected sample is also important!
What information is important for me to be able to prepare an accurate quote for you!
Information questions:
1. Location, possibly exact address. (shipping costs, requesting entry permits)
2. Site condition, is it already a completed building, or are there only plans. This is important for the survey and the issue of the construction deadline.
3. Construction coverings, insulation on site. All relevant information is necessary.
4. Basic dimensions:
- For fences, the total length of the street front, the width of the main gate, the width of the field sections, the height of the posts. It is important to know whether the main gate should be a floating, swinging, or sliding gate? What kind of automation will be used to control it?
- For horizontal railings, I need the total length, the required or prescribed height. In the case of a curved path (circular terrace), a photo also helps a lot.
- For staircase railings, however, much more information is needed to be able to draw the railing. The height between the two levels, the distance between the first and last steps, and it is important to know how many steps the staircase consists of. Is there a curved path or twist in the staircase? Will the stair railing be hung towards the stairs or on the side of the steps?
- For window grilles, I also need the size of the opening. Should we hang the railing in the opening or on the outside wall?
- In any case, the most helpful thing you can do is take lots of photos of the location! Side view from a good distance, front view, and top view as best you can. Take photos with your phone and send them to me.
- If you are so attentive that you contact me when you are still planning your home. Send me the blueprints you had made for the construction, based on which I can extract the dimensions that are important to me.
- If you take good photos of the location, I can even draw the desired pattern in it!
Please inform me as thoroughly as possible in your first letter, so you can save a lot of time!
